WangsaCeria Stationeries & Photocopy was established in 2002 as a neighbourhood store to cater to the needs of the growing suburb of Wangsa Melawati and adjacent suburbs such as Wangsa Maju, Desa Pandan, Taman Sri Rampai, Setapak Jaya, Setiawangsa, Taman Melati, Taman Permata, Taman Melawati and Ulu Klang. Initially, the focus was to provide stationeries and photocopying services to the school-going population and business offices there.

The range of products sold was gradually expanded to include office equipment such as shredders, punch-card timer machines, binding machines, laminating machines, coin and note counting machines, cutters, etc.

Since its establishment, the company now extends services such as rubber stamp making, book binding, document scanning, blueprint plan reproduction, banner & bunting printing, offset printing (letterheads, flyers, bill books), with one of the current core services being digital colour printing (business cards, letterheads, flyers, menus). In 2012, a branch was opened in Desa Pandan to cater to the additional demand for printing and copying services, both from the residential population and the student population from nearby schools and institutions of higher learning.
